All GP appointments are currently by telephone or video consultation in the first instance. The GP will then ask you to come in if necessary. This is to protect you from the risk of COVID-19. Most queries and conditions can be managed either via the telephone, or by using video consultations. You can use the link above to arrange telephone call back from a GP. Please use the Accurx link to ask for a sick note, for a GP letter, for chasing referrals, for test results. This will help keep the lines clear for emergencies. You can ask for reply by phone call, video call or text message. Please enter as much detail as possible.
You can order repeat prescriptions using the accurx link, however, the NHS app also offers this functionality with ease. The NHS app does not require you to get link codes from the surgery and you can do this yourself. You may need to choose Bakewell or Peak and Dales as your surgery to link your account. The NHS App can also be used on a desktop computer.
We no longer take prescription requests over the telephone. You will be able to order your prescription in the following ways:
Online using the NHS APP preferred option or by using Patient Access. You can regsiter for NHS APP yourself, to use Patient Access you will need to contact the surgery.
